Question about Dyson DC17 Animal Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum
I lost my manual for my Dyson DC17 animal vacuum and was wondering if anyone has one...also I noticed that when I vacuum, I empty the container everytime, but the little holes that are inside the cyliner seem to clog and I have to try and get the hairs out of them also and also ontop of the filter...why?
You just need to blow those holes out with a air compressor or similiar device and the filter can be washed in water and dried for 24 hours every once in a while, this is just how the vacuum works, nothing is perfect

Use the upholstery brush supplied to unclog the perforations on the Dyson filter; the clogged holes don't impede on suction so you dont have to worry about this. It can be annoying however when you see it.
Click on this page and it will take you directly to the Dyson page (UK) for your Animal model. It wll open up for user manual in another window
www.dyson.co.uk is a very well stocked website which has manuals for virtually all DC models sold.
Dont forget to rate!
