the k850i phone.. it wont let me access my messages i go on inbox and it says operation failed and on outbox and drafts i go to send a message and it says message failed ive took the sim card and battery out but still doesnt work help??

- if i get 2 messages at the same time it won't let me read them if i go to inbox or outbox it say operation failed- gavslady
