Download the software from www.acerpanam.com.
you need 2 things.
1. orbicam driver (if you can see your orbicam in device manager, you don't need to install driver again).
2. orbicam application, there are 3 kind of orbicam (suyin, bison and logitech), I don't know what is yours. you need to try 1 by 1.

There is a utility bar that you can install that lets you change the default application folder:
** Note ** When the My Pictures or Pictures folder gets full, camera will not work - Cut and Paste all pictures in that
folder to another folder and restart Orbicam program.
If that does not work then do this:
Start - Programs - look for Acer Empowering Technology then Acer E-Recovery - The look at the bottom and you will
"Backup", "Burn disk" and Restore" choose Restore - choose Apps and Drivers at the bottom of Restore tab (it will say
extracting) - once extracted - click Install - click Vista or (XP) on the left - click Drivers - click Camera or CCD - on the
right side of the screen, then look for Bison driver or (or your model which can be found in device manager - control panel - system - device manager - Imaging devices) you have then click a phrase that has something like "Install now", follow on screen instructions. Then repeat steps above and instead of driver choose Bison (or your model which can be found in device manager - control panel - system - device manager - Imaging devices) Utility

install your drivers brunella then do a windows update ignor when pop comes up says cant do it with the continue button hit continue on the driver install and do windows update
windows vista doesnt like the older equipment for some reason it doesnt work well with some new hardware just to let you know vista is still in its infancy stage getting better as its source and updates go along

if you have a cd software run it again if not --------
control panel add new hardware
next if your cam shows highlight click next
if it does'nt show automatically then click next scroll down to add new hardware click next automatically detect
if it does'nt detect then start again and select from list find your cam in the list click and follow instructions

right click on my computer option & then click on manage there in this you see a device manager click on it & then click on first option & on that there is a button that indicates any hardware changes click on it,here it will search & install . If this won't work then format your laptop & install any operating system you will get all your devices working properly
