- I am having the same problem. Vista recognized the scanner and loaded the drivers alright, but the scanwise software does not recognize the scanner when I try to start it up. I tried using Vuescan software and it recognized the scanner, but if I have the scanwise software, whi should I have to buy another utility to scan?- afnetmanApr 03, 2008
