Question about Xerox DocuColor 12 Printer
Hi I am getting the folowing error Error: 7-286, tray 5 is disabled.
I checked the error code it relates to Lift Motor Problems and output component test code 008-040, does not work?
Am i wrong with the code?
Accurate on the code.
If the lift motor is not running in diagnostics, that is telling you one of 4 things.
In order of likelyhood.
1.The lift motor itself is bad.
2.The connector to the motor needs unplugged and plugged back in.
3, The source to the motor is out, therefore the power supply is bad.
4 The MCU, main processor board is bad.
I suspect the lift motor has failed.
