Once I turn the computer on it only shows a blank screen. I am able to see the mouse arrow move but I am unable to get to my desktop or anything else. What do I do?

If you can see the mouse arrow, the display adapter is working. Try right clicking on the desktop. If you get a popup display, select the VIEW option, and another popup should appear next to it. Look at the bottom of the list and ensure that the "show desktop icons" selection is checked. If not, click on it and see if the icons return.

Mouse will not move items and keeps jumping around

As your PC is new, it's likely you have an optical mouse. Sometimes they are unable to sense movement on certain surfaces (glass, pure white paper etc). Try putting something under it - magazines or newsprint normally works well.

My mouse keeps double (triple) clicking even if i only click once.

The problem is with the PC and not with the mouse. The solution depends upon the installed driver in the PC for mouse (like intel etc).

My Wacom mouse is driving me insane!!!

I think I figured out this problem. It's more of a wearing issue with the constant use of the button. Basically the plastic tab on the internal underside on the mouse is wearing down from continual use. I added a piece of custom cut card stock under the front of the mouse circuit board. This raised it up just a little to compensate for the wear on the button.

Clicking open windows

This mouse does not require a driver. It works with the innate Vista driver. This product originally shipped with either iTouch or MouseWare, which are not compatible with Vista. I strongly recommend to uninstall iTouch and/or MouseWare prior to migrating to Windows Vista. After iTouch and MouseWare are uninstalled, the basic functionality of your devices will be provided by the Windows native driver.
