Question about Computers & Internet
I have a Ricoh CD Burner. I was trying to burn onto a disk I had resently aquired but it said that there was no disk and to please insert one. I tried with several other disks but to no evail. Any ideas?
Go to my computer, right click on your cd drive, select properties, at the top select recording, make sure its checked the option "enable cd recording in this drive"

1)change the burner software
2)make sure your cd is 700mb or 4.7 -writable data is equal or less than from the capacity of the cd
3)if not solved check the warranty to service
