How to remove google search engine from my computer ?

  • You can uninstall Google Toolbar from the Add/Remove Programs panel in Control Panel
  • Or in Internet Explorer go to Internet Options -> Programs tab -> Manage add-ons -> Search providers -> click on Google -> click remove and then choose another search engine and set it as default.

Step 1, Follow such steps to open task manager and end the malicious processes related with interyield.jmp9.
1) Please press Ctrl+Alt+Delete key together to get the task manager box,
2) Tick the malicious processes.
3) Tap the End process button.

Step 2, Go to control panel, and then search Related Readings program and related programs with interyield.jmp9 and then delete all of them.
Go to Control Panel -> Add and Remove programs list and uninstalling it from there.

Step 3, Remove add-ons on your infected browsers:
Internet Explorer:
1) Go to Tools -> 'Manage Add-ons';
2) Choose 'Search Providers' -> choose 'Bing' search engine or 'Google' search engine and make it default;

Remove Ask from browser

Acer aspire 5738 cd DVD drive not working

1.start>control panel>all control panel items>AutoPlay
change settings for each desired media
2.update the drivers for the DVD drive. search in all programs for the program name, go online and download the most recent driver
3. you may have mulitple programs that controll DVD/CDR reading ability. this will sometimes confuse/conflict the drive. try removing one using add /remove programs from the control panel.

How Do I Remove My Web Search?

Thanks for your posting in FixYa.

Please do the following:

First, uninstall the My Web Search option from Add/Remove Programs
1) Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel
2) Double click on Add/Remove Programs
3) Find "My Web Search" in the list of installed programs and click on Change/Remove to uninstall it. You may also want to uninstall any of the following items associated with FunWebProducts.
· My Web Search (Smiley Central or FWP product as applicable)
· My Way Speedbar (Smiley Central or other FWP as applicable)
· My Way Speedbar (AOL and Yahoo Messengers) (beta users only)
· My Way Speedbar (Outlook, Outlook Express, and IncrediMail)
· Search Assistant - My Way
4) Reboot your Computer and run HijackThis
5) With HijackThis, scan for and fix any of the entries shown above that may be remaining.
6) Next, open My Computer, Drive C, and double-click on the Program Files folder
7) Right-click and delete the folders for:
· FunWebProducts
· MyWebSearch
8) MyWebSearch should now be completely uninstalled from your computer.
9) There will be some minor registry entries left behind by the uninstall, however these can be cleaned up by running SpyBot Search and Destroy or Ad-Aware SE or left alone.

If unable to remove from control panel, then try to remove them after rebooting PC in Safe mode..
