Most times the Recovery from cd's don't work. You'll be better served by doing a Reinstall of Windows.
System Recovery (sometimes referred to as Factory Restore) will set your system
back to when you first purchased it. It Deletes Everything. Most
times the System Recovery does not work unless there is a recovery partition on
your hard drive created by the manufacturer. If you are trying to recover
from a set of cd's most times it does not work.
Instead of doing a System Recovery it's much easier to just Reinstall
Windows. Look on your computer for the Certificate of Authentication
(COA) Sticker. It will tell you what operating system is on your computer
and it will give you the Product Key Code (a series of 5 letters and numbers)
that you will need to activate windows. If you don't have an operating
system disk, borrow one from a neighbor, friend, relative or co-worker. Just
make sure it is the same as your COA Sticker's operating system or it will
never activate. Also make sure you get the COA Product Key Code for the
disk you borrow because sometimes the system will ask for the one that is on
your system and sometimes it will ask for the one from the installation disk.
some times you have to punch in a code into the radio or press buttons in a particular order for ti to work. you'll need to call the dealership or sometimes your local auto parts store can sometimes help with that problem
This is a real old Blaupunkt where according to my database the code is hardwired inside the radio...and I don`t think it will be obtained by quoting the Serial Number.
What I would suggest is try here for free advice

They should be able to provide more information for you..
if it is displaying a security code on the face, you will need to call a jag dealer with the vin number handy to get the 4 digit code. than enter that code using the "preset" buttons
Depending on the make of the stereo it will have a 2 piece casing which will allow you to take one part off , normally the lid by removing a couple of small screws or the lid maybe even clipped onto the lower case. Once the lid is off you should be able to get the cd out. If the stereo is security coded do not disconnet it from the electric supply unless you have the code!
I THINK THE ILLUMINATION WIRE (ORANGE)AND THE IGNITION WIRE (RED) ARE CONNECTED TOGETHER.
THE SOLUTION IS DISCONNET THE ORANGE WIRE YOU NOT REALLY NEED IT.
