Question about Philips Magnavox 27MS343S 27" TV
Try to replace the eeprom chip

I recently had the same problem. I had a full blue screen with the picture of a red padlock on the top left hand side of the screen.
I had unplugged the TV for 20 min, and that did not work, so I held down the "display" button on the remote control for 5 seconds and the TV is now working.
