Virtual Memory (or Paging File) is controlled on your computer and is actually space on your hard drive. In windows XP, go to START, right click My Computer and select Properties. Under the Hardware Tab, select Settings under Performance. In the Advanced Tab, under Virtual Memory, select Change. Set the Paging File Size to "System Managed". Click Set>OK>OK>OK.
This error should go away now, unless your hard drive is getting full. Check to make sure that you have at least 25% free space on the hard drive where the Paging File is set up.
