Question about Yamaha RX-V995 Receiver
Hi Friend: I have a yamaha RX-V995 receiver with this symptoms:
A.when I checked the AC voltage going to the primary transformer I found 0 volt [no volt at all].
B.I directly applied the 120 ac volts to the primary [the fan run for 2 seconds ] but nothing happens.
C.I removed the 10 amp fuse and installed a 3 amp fuse ,but nothing happens, look like no shorts in the Primary transformer.
D.The secondary volts [with the directly application of the 120ac to the primary power transformer ] are about 9volts ,45 volts ect.
e.Troubleshoting it I can't find short transistor ,burn resistor ect.
Any idea of what the problem could be?
