If you don't tell us anything about your pc its hard to give good advice but.

It seems the game you bought is too new for your pc and requires a better videocard to run it.

Without haveing much information about the pc I can only recommend buying a new videocard.

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Look for strange objects or bent contacts on the cartidge slot. If there is nothing strange there, she might have dropped it. Hope this helps.

Pixel Shader Unavalable

Check to see if you're video card meets the video game's requirements. If it doesn't, it might need an upgrade.
Also, does the game not play? Or does it still run? If it doesn't run, then it is probably something more than a video card issue.

Do you have the latest version of direct x installed? Direct x sometimes can cause problems with games using 3d acceleration, as some versions of direct x are not fully compatible with the video card and/or the video card drivers.
