Has yours been updated recently? I updated mine, (about a year ago), on the website and it wiped all the map data.
I think some of the more recent software update versions have caused problems for certain sat nav models.
Try logging onto the Garmin website, connect you sat nav to you computer and check it has the current software updates. Older models sometimes need to be reset to an previous version of the software to work correctly. To do this you might have to contact Garmin directly by Email to get them to send you the correct software version.
Hope this helps.
the recent updates to skype have been Bug Fixes and security patches meaning for the most part you do not see any difference. To test this you can look on the skype website and see what the latest version number is and then compare it to the version that opens (version names are normally found in help ->about skype or File -> about skype)
just install a driver to get rid of this annoying notice control panel mouse you should see 4 tabs buttons, pointers, pointer options and hardware under hardware you can troubleshoot or select properties under driver you can update driver, rollback driver or uninstall hope this helps
Different Nokia series have different update levels. Every nokia 5800 unfortunately can not be updated to the same level of update. Because manifucturer wanted to have some levels according to the selling politics.
Last year I bought two Nokia 5800 smartphones on the same day from the same store. One was for me, other one was for my wife. But these two smartphones unfortunately do not accept the same level of updatel. When I bought them, both have version 20....
Now one is 31... other one is 21.... while everybody around here use the level of 40...version.
So if your smartphone does not accept to be updated then nothing to do except to buy a new one.
First write down the software version of your GPS. Depending on the model, it will appear in the message that appears at start up.
Then look up your model GPS on the manufacturer's website. On the web page for your model, there should be a link to a software update page which will show you the latest updates available for your model.
