Ok ..u can see a small hole on the cd drive front panel. Just put a small pin having 2-3 inch length inside and push ..cd drive will open. ( a straigtened paper clip pin will work)
Auto run as turned off, navigate to your drives (usually in the My Computer icon) and check for your disc drive (usually Drive D:). If it is showing a disc then you can right-click and open to see the contents or double click for an auto-play.
If you open up the drives and don't see a CD ROM drive then it might have gotten dropped some how. In this case you will want to go to the device manager and check to see if the CD ROM drive is listed and if it needs some fixing.
i had the same problem i solved mine by using a knife and using the tip of the blade to push up and pull out on the drive while it tries to open and drive opened with out a hitch.. it turned out to be a gear problem with the drive.
Was this card bought brand new? Make sure the card is seated properly in the slot and look for the lights to flash when you first start the PC. If that doesn't work, try switching the card to a different slot and restarting to see if the computer detects it on it's own afterwards. If nothing still appears, you may have bought a faulty card.
Was that light flash when you press Open button? Can you do this - goto My Computer and right click on you CD drive's icon select Eject - to see if the CD is respond.
