Power off first!...fairly easy to remove...the fan motor is behind the back wall in the freezer.

gps settings on a kaiser(tytn ii) are internal, that is the only setting you need to know. Please explain in greater detail what your trying to do, with what program, what version and what isnt working
fans and heaters ?? now please explain as iam only a motor mechanic from east london which means iam a thicko because of my accent ,so do you mean the radiator cooling fan isnt working and the cab heater isnt getting hot ,or the interior blower fan isnt working ,Now remember that to do a diagnostic check on this vehicle isnt possible because its a renault which means its encrypted software from about the year 2005 onwards and this make of vehicle was one of the first to use encrypted software for the introduction of the OBDII diagnostic connection in europe .
try running it without he battery, check if the fan is working, could be an overheating problem. Do you get any windows errors? install spreedfan utility and let it read internal temperatures plus fan rpm(rounds per minute) if it gives you a warning, the shut down, clean the intereior using compressed air only (bicycle/ball pump) to remove any inside dust or carefully disassemble the notebook + clean after you have read the manual and know which screw hold which parts. when cleaning with compressed air, remove the lid for RAM+Harddisk+pull out the battery pack to ensure circulation! now you have made sure the fan isn't stuck with dust and can't hang... reassemble and boot up, look if fan is running... still the prob: do come again, please reboot and wait for error...
clean coils make sure adequate ventillation in back is it hotter than usuall? may need to run fan to back of coils for extra cooling!!! :) check that fan on botton isnt seized!!! :)
Check temperaturesensor, replace thermostat,And if you turn on the fan you should hear it and feel air from the vents,if the fan motor is working. If it's not working, check the fuse for the fan.
Please rate this solution.
After cleaning the lint you need to give the unit at least 24 hours to recuperate. If you try letting it run for 24 hours and it still doesn't work let me know if the compressor (the main motor) and the fan underneath is working and the fan in the freezer is working.
