Passcode i want to put a passcode on my messages but i dont know how to. Can you help?

Press home volume down and power when phone comes on take finger off power then volume then home. plug into itunes and restore software after it has installed click on new this will put phone as new nothing on it.

When you connect to the computer, click on "restore". It will then put your ipod back to the beginning settings, and you can set a new passcode.

The only advice to really give is that he probably didnt change the passcode...so it should be the same four digits as the last four digits of his cell phone number.

If you can get the number, you should be able to use the last four digits as the passcode. Thats the "default". Otherwise you can probably take the phone into a verizon store to get it reset, they can do the reset without the passcode, I believe. Hope that helps!

the easiest way to bypass the code is to download samsung pc software and connect the phone to you computer and synchronize it. it will download all the messages to the pc, without deleting any any messages from the phone

The original passcode is 4 zeros: 0000. Try that.
