The wire schematics in the handle assembly has four total wires. Two from the hose and two from the Receptacle Nozzle. Take one wire from the hose and one wire from the receptacle and connect together. Take the second wire from the hose and connect to the Switch Handle PN2E PN2. Take the second wire from the receptacle and connect to the other switch terminal. If you need more details, you can download the schematics at Rainbow Vacuum Schematics or you can call us at 800-523-0510.

The condition that you describe is caused by air leaking past the oring that makes contact with the cylinder cut into the head of the gun. If the surface of the head is scratched or worn the gun will not fire. Sand the surface with 400 grit sandpaper until smooth or replace the head. Use plenty of silicone paste lube on all the orings. If you feel that the head is in good condition, I would replace the main valve as an assembly (501261Main Valve Assembly). The lower bumper must not be cracked and the lower driver blade seal should fit snugly around the driver in order for the driver to return to top. The metal sleeve around the bumper is not needed.Good luck
Hi Eamon, If you have the user/owner manual for this drill/driver, it may have a schematic at the back to show the trigger switch with it's part number. It may even give you information on where to send for parts. I'm not familiar with the Parkside brand, so really don't know who to send you to for parts. If you don't find the manual email me and I'll shoot you a couple of ideas.
