There are a lot of websites selling instruction manuals. I have several thousand but not the one you are looking for. Also try eBay.
Another thing you could do is buy the complete game and grab the instructions and resell it without them.
If you just need help try one of the game information sites. I did a quick search for "mortal kombat armageddon walkthrough" and got a bunch of good hits.
