You need to go to control panel, click on sound, and then switch your configuration from your built-in speakers to external speakers.

Actally , it might be in "Hardware and Sound", then under Sound, click on audio devices, or separately under "audio manager"

Hey, i bought a DLP Toshiba HDTV off a guy on graigslist, when i went to go pick it up he turned it on by remote and everything worked fine as it should. When i got back to my place I tried turning it on...

These DLP tvs sometime u unplug suddenly and replug it back wright away,tv will go into protective mode and will not work wright away.Tries tv unplug, replug it back about an hour later, now the tv will reset itself back to the factory setting. The tv should work now.

They stopped working. everything is plugged in. nothing is wrong with the wiring. can you please tell me what's wrong with my speakers?

Is it getting power?

Check your computer's plugged in devices (from device manager) to see if you computer can see your speakers plugged in. If they are, then try updating/installing the latest drivers. If nothing works, your speakers have become faulty. Try checking on a different computer, and if nothing works. Contact your vendor.

My speaker is not working and few seconds later, it works again

the sound card is using other type of modem while the IRQ and DMA is using the same system so that your speaker or audio will not work properly!

Amp worked then went on protection..

Make sure your speakers ohm levels are compatible with the amplifier. The amp is shutting itself off to protect from damage. Your amp may be setup to work with 8 ohm speakers and if you are using a 2 ohm sub-woofer it will stress out the amplifier. Some factory speakers are rated at 3 or 2 ohms. And if you have more than one speaker hooked up per channel that can stress out the amplifier. Also make sure all the speakers you are using are rated at the same ohms. Make sure all the speakers are wired the right way...+ to + and - to -. If some speakers are not wired with the positive speaker wires to the positive connection on the speaker and negative the same this can cause problems with the amp. Also make sure your power wire to the amp is large enough gauge for the amplifiers power requirements. Otherwise the amplifier might have an internal short or just cannot output the wattage needed for your system.

Little sound out of left satellite in Logitech S200 2.1-system.

Try plugging in some headphones to the right satellite, unplugging them and turning the speakers off and on. This worked for me, and is probably the switch getting stuck between headphones & normal speakers.

Red lioght keeps comming on

Make sure ohm load is not too low, I think that amp is 2ohms/ch and 4ohms bridged minimum.
