Google Dyson. co On the drop down window, find your model, type in Dyson DC 24, at bottom of page click on shopping info, click parts. you can order from there.

some options for this are craigslist, search >dyson>broken>vaccuum>DC 07

Options 2> we used duck tape for a year and it worked fine, then when a broken DC07 was posted on craigslist we bought it for parts.

you have got to open the motor housing that isthe black casing that surounds the motor first then the motor comes out then you can see the brushes thay come out by lifting the copper strip up gently with a screwdriver then you pull it out then put in new ones
