I just bought a vrcd400-sdu. I am installing this myself, all of the wires are clearly labeled, when I turn the stereo in I get no sound, everything seems to work but the sound, I double checked all of the wiring, I can see which ones are the speaker wires, they are all connected correctly according to the lableing all of the pos are connected to the pos and neg are connected to the neg... do you have any suggestions?
I have the same problem.

bwqueen-What type of vehicle are you installing it into,cause some vehicles have built in factory amplifiers.The ones with factory amps need a remote turn on to power up the speakers,let me know and I'll try to help you. cooltek Mar,4/08
