At the time only one speaker is working untill twisting the pin

This problem could be a faulty head phone socket in the MP3 player or the head phones itself.
Try a different head phone in your MP3 player and if the problem is still present then the head phone socket in the MP3 player is faulty or it may only need the socket re-soldering on the circuit board.

My Opal Has An Unknown error

The unknown problem is usually one of the newer computer viruses that are getting into everything, just use a different site to get the music from. If that does not work then you probably just need to run a virus program through your comp. to get rid of it and then just try again...sorry if this does not work, sometimes it does other times it doesn't.

Cant delete

Here's how you get it
you may have to open Windows Media Player but maybe not
a screen will come saying for you to choose either NO leave all the media on the device... or YES delete all media.
click YES but MAKE SURE you have the HOLD button on OFF. if you dont... it will not work
after it completes the task click FINISH

i tried for hours trying to figure it out and that made it work like a charm! =]
