- Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.this is what mine saying when i try to delete the music that is on my mp3 player

hello!
all you need is to connect the stuff to the computer, the computer will detect drive from your stuff. in there, you can browse and delete files in it.

well if u go to windows media player go to sync right click your mp3 and hit shuffle, it worked for me when i had the problem
