Try replacing the power supply, a blinking green light usually means the power supply is missing an output voltage. If you do that and you still get a blinking green light then the motherboard will need to be replaced.
You might just need the power supply on your computer tower replaced. It is about $40, and not that hard to swap out. Most computer stores will test it for you for free too. If they test it and its good, then you might have further damage to your tower from the power problem, but the power supply would be the most likely problem
Is the pc has blinking power in it. or do your hear any beeping sounds? but anyway you can do check your PC. unplug the pc and open the system. remove and clean the memory and insert it again. and fix all connection inside the pc maybe some cable lessen. after that test the pc. and then tell me what happen i will give you more solution in it. melnavz
