Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
I loaded the software for the game WW II Battlestrike. After loading all necessary software and I get past the introduction nothing comes up except a big RED X and it says BattleStrike_encritical error unknown exception. OK.....
Please help me as I have two grandsons who want to play the game.
If your game came with a downloadble demo, and you downloaded it, go to the BattleStrike icon in your desktop, right-click on you mouse, go to properties (last option on the list). You will see something like "C:\Program Files\City Interactive\BattleStrike". Write down that address. Then go to "Start", "Control Panel", "Add or Remove Programs" and find the demo AND WW II BattleStrike. Remove both. Go to to the address you wrote down ("C:\Program Files\City Interactive\BattleStrike") and delete the whole folder (City Interactive in this case). Reload the game WITHOUT the demo. It should run fine this time around.

Go into "options" and change down to the lowest choices available. Also you might have to upgrade your video card or upgrade your available memory.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
