Question about Canon I960 InkJet Photo Printer
When i try to print my printer says operator error and will only flash the yellow light. it says to press the reset button and if that doesn't help to turn it off and back on and i have done that now at least 20 times and still nothing. please help
I had a similar problem with my black ink not printing well. I removed ALL six of the cartridges and used a Q-Tip, which I had dipped in a bottle of Windex. I put a drop on each of the heads (where the ink goes into the printer), immediately replaced all the cartridges and ran one test. It looked better, so I ran a photo to check. Every color was accurate, so I feel the Windex and Q-Tip solved my problem.
