CS320 polygon motor (laser), you will need to replace it, it is not expensive! CS672 control communication on start up, to many options, from circuit board to bad connection, you will need a tech for this.

SC320 is a polygon mirror motor error. It could be caused by a poor connection or a faulty circuit board, but the most likely culprit is the polygon mirror motor itself. Replacing this motor (part #G0291961) is the most likely solution.
SC-320 Polygon mirror motor error: Symptom: Did not detect lock signal from polygon mirror motor within 10 seconds after motor ON signal; or, lost lock signal for continuous 1.5 seconds after signal was detected. Cause: 1.Polygon mirror motor (or harness) defective 2.FCU defective
P.S. Remove LSU. Turn out poligon mirror. Clean & lubricate.

Another thing that can happen to cause a jam when you are printing on there is to make sure that the paper size if correct and matches the trays you are printing to. That condition will happen if the printer tries to print a legal size page and you only have letter paper installed in the trays.
Check your settings in the printer control panel to make sure that the trays match and are correct.
Make sure that the green paper setting knobs match the correct tray size as well.
