I have a Thinkpad X41 Tablet PC and want to use the SD slot for data storage. Does the Tablet PC support the new 16GB card?

Yes, the hardware is SDHC-compatible. You just need to apply Microsoft hotfix KB934428 for Windows XP (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=de&FamilyID=6edfb30f-b1ab-42a8-a330-acd6762961bc) and you are set. 16GB SDHC working like a charm.
