You need to clear out the drain pump. OE means drain blocked. You should be able to access the pump from the front bottom by unscrewing and removing the filter. If not then you will need to tilt the machine back as far as you can so you can access the underneath. You will see the small drain pump. Have a basin ready to catch any water that comes out when remove the pump which is only held in by 1 or 2 screws and twisted out or pulled out. If it is clear then try removing the pipe that goes from the pump to the base of the tub. Commonly a sock gets stuck. Hope this helps

This is what "OE" Means :

"OE" Drain error. Cause: not fully drained within 10 minutes Check there isn't a kink in your drain hose, ensure the filter is clean, the drain hose can become clogged with sludge, sometimes a hot wash with 1/2 a cup of vinegar will remove this sludge

My LG intellowasher 7,5kg WD- 8016c is flashing the letters OE Can you please tell me what this means

An OE error presents if the washing machine has not successfully drained the water in ten minutes. However, the OE error code does not always mean that the washer requires a service call. If periodic maintenance has not been performed on the washer, there are a few simple steps to take before calling for service.

LED display models LCD Display Models
Step 1: Check the drain pump filter.
Step 3: Confirm that the washer is leveled properly.
Items caught in the drain filter will prevent proper drainage. Over time build up can occur from detergents and additives used in the machine. Manually drain unit through the drain hose, then lay a towel down to catch the water, and remove the filter. Clean the filter thoroughly and restart the machine.
If the unit is not leveled properly, it will not drain properly. The front of the unit cannot be higher than the back or vice versa. If not properly leveled, the water can flow back into the machine. If this is the cause of the problem, please level the machine using the supplied leveling wrench. When you place a LEVEL on the washing machine, the bubble should be in the center. Confrim that the washer is leveled from side to side and front to back.

Step 2: Check the washers drain hose.

If the drain hose is not installed properly, the washer will not drain properly. The drain hose should not be installed more than 1 meter higher than the bottom of the washing machine.
NOTE: Perform a diagonal test when leveling the washing machine to ensure that the unit does not tilt from corner to corner.

What does oe mean on my washing machine display

Hi,
"OE" code in your washer indicates a Drain error. This is because the washer is not fully drained within 10 minutes. You have to check whether there is a kink in your drain hose, ensure the filter is clean, the drain hose can become clogged with sludge, sometimes a hot wash with 1/2 a cup of vinegar will remove this sludge.
Thank you !!

Lg intellowasher DD 7.5kg WM14225FD error code OE

I think your "OE" is really a "DE" or drain error. Open the access door on the lower left of the front panel on the machine, drain the remaining water with the small drain hose there, and unscrew and remove the larger thing, which is a filter. Clean filter. If filter was not blocked, check for loose impeller on drain pump motor, which requires replacement of drain pump motor. (just sticking it back on will result in it coming off again)
If this helps, a "fixya" rating would be appreciated. Thanks.

LG Intellowasher cannot complete spin cycle.

Unplug power cable, remove top cover and inner panel, locate water level sensor on the right with 3 wires and a thin tube, remove the tube and puff into it until you hear water bubbling. This will clear any blockage caused by suds build up. Replace tube, covers and plug back in. It should complete cycles now.

OE displays and washer will not drain

you have to check the pump, remove the hoses from the pump first and check for any blockage could be lint or a sock,if there is no blockage and the pump spins its the propellar for the pump is worn and you have to replace the pump
