Here is driver download page, follow instructions, enter details and download the driver : Brother Solutions Center: DCP-115C: Others.

To install the driver do the following:

do the following.

• Unplug printer USB.
• Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) your printer from printer list.
• Download driver from website and run the file.
  
• Follow driver installation wizard.
• Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.

If you cant install from CD, Plug in your printer to the laptop, It should detect new hardware, If it's drivers your looking for it's easy enough to go to Device Manager and press update driver, If that doesnt workgo to the brother website and download drivers from there.

Brother should also have an online installer. Check out their website :)
