There are 4 support arms on this unit and the tub has popped off. Using a flat blade you will need to locate and push in the locking tabs for the front panel. 1 on each side and when you locate push in while pulling the front panel toward you on that corner. You will then be able to see the support and with help from someone. 1 of you lift the tub up and the other will slip the rod back into position. You can look at any of the others to see how it hangs. Hope this helps and good luck.

My Lg waveforce direct drive inverter washer only spray rinses now. It used to fill the tub with water. This occurred with the last 2 washes?

You could try resetting the computer , Switch off at the wall for a few minutes then switch back on .

I have a Kenmore top load washing machine. I just did a load and it was fine. I went to start a new load and turned on the washer; the agitator starts but there is no water coming in. As the agitator...

Try checking the inlet filters then dig to intake valves to make sore those are operating, next step would be the pressure sensor...

please update me about your progress

The rinse cycle does not work, but everything else does

I don't know if the problem is solved but last night we ran the washer without any clothes in it and everything seemed to work fine. My wife was able to run a load of laundry and it seemed to work. I hope it was just too much clothes the first time it stopped or the washer was just acting up. Either way, I had nothing to do with the fix. Sorry I couldn't be any more help. Thank you for the link to assistance plan, it might come in handy in the future.

Thanks again,

Kenmore Washing Machine - no cold water coming in

most likely cuase would be the inlet valve
you would need the complete model number to make sure you get the right part for that unit.

Worn outer tub

yea youl need to replace the tub alright, cgances are the bolts holding the inner tub to the transmission shaft have also broken off, which is why the inner tub spun off kilter and rubbed a hole in the outer tub,. the bolts (2 of them ) woulds have benn locking the inner basket to the tranny shaft, visible after removing the agitator

Won,t drain on rinse cycle

There could be several causes for this, but probably a bad timer. One test for this...when it stops...is to turn it off...and turn the timer slightly clockwise...to the middle of the rinse cycle...and turn it back on. Does it run then?? Try advancing it to the spin cycle after the rinse. If it runs okay after you manually advance the knob...the timer is probably defective.
