I have a CF-29 with a touchscreen, and the screen just went extremely dark. I can just faintly see the desktop. Using the Fn/F1/F2/F3 makes no difference.

Hi

Thank you for your query

The problem you are experiencing is a fairly common problem with laptops, it would seem that if plugging the charger back in doesnt make any difference then the screen inverter will need to be replaced

Please plug in the charger to see if this makes any difference and if not you will need to book the toughbook in for replacement of the inverter

If this has been useful please leave postive feedback/vote/testimonial - Thank You Again - [email protected]
