Well it sound like you have all the components working. Try lighting it with a torch or long match or something. If it lights, then you may need to adjust the spark-er. You also may need to adjust the pilot. It may be too much pressure, which will blow out the flame, or its not enough gas. Make sure the pilot orifice is clear.

I have a reddy heater pro 100 and when I start it up the fan turns but it won"t ignite. any help would be apprciated

You should be able to both see and hear the spark when this unit starts.
If you do not have spark the first thing you want to do in to clean and check the grounds on the heater.

You also need to make sure you have a good ground connection between the botton on the heater and the main section of the heater.

The spark on this unit need a good ground to complete the series and give you the spark required to start the heater.

If after you check this you can still not get spark you may need to replace the DSI Spark Controller.

Thank you

150,000 BTU propane Reddy Heater shuts off after ignition

Is there a frost line on your LP tank, if so you may need to replace the tank with a larger tank or refill your tank. This can happen if the tank your using is too low or too small (use 100 lb tank or greater). If there is no frost line it may be an issue with the thermocouple. The manufacturer offers a service manual and owner's manuals on there site. This should assist you... www.desatech.com Thank you
