My mother has N73 ...Her phone worked before she got on the airplane and after she got off the airplane..her phone doesnt turn on....what could be wrong? she said she had her phone on while on the airplane...

First, I would try turning the phone off then turning it back on again. Sometimes my phone does this, and usually when I restart it that fixes it. If your phone as an "Airplane mode" option, make sure that that is not turned on.
look ur cell phone may hav got many viruses due to which its working slow. Now backup all ur data like contacts, pics, videos etc. then full charge ur battery, turn it off and then press call button, starec button and 3 button simontaneously and turm ur cell phone on, keep holding those three keys until a black and white screen appears saying "formatting". Now ur cell phone is hard resetted and ur mob is like new... (becareful that the battery is not weak or cell doesnt turns off during this process. turn off your cell and insert your memory card and turn it on again try this 4 or 5 times. i have the same problem i did this and it worked. if this doesnt work format your memory card
this is normal to all n73, before its too late you must back up all your files: pictures, musics, videos, contacts,etc. restore it to original setting, or hard format your phone by turning it off and hold press the green or call key, number 3 and asterisk, while holding this turn on your phone,
and also format your memory card on your phone your phone is good as new again

The airplane mode can be turned off by switching off the mobile and switching it on again. Ask *********** to switch off her mobile as she would do it normally ( if she does not know how to do that, there should be a power button for every mobile, so holding it pressed will switch it off) and then she can switch it on again. So when the mobile gets switched on, it will ask for options for flight mode or normal mode. The normal mode can be selected now. This is how it happens in my sony ericson mobile. If this does not help, let me know your mobile model number.
