Same prob with flickering lines and unclear display on monitor. I increased refresh rate to 70 (75 makes it worse) monitor works ok on another computer and when I plugged in another monitor had same prob, so prob is with the computer, tried downloading an uopdate to the graphics card but it states it is current. tried to update ATI RADEON Xpress 200 Series

same problem iamges are not clear on monitor they waver or flutter horizontal lines flicker on the screen. I have tried the monito on another computer it works fine, so I assume prob is with my computer, i tried updating hte graphics driver but the web site states it is current.

The writing and picture is not clear. Videos are not clear either even those with good quality.
