Unable to connect CAM to Messenger (by 2 users)

i have already installed /astra pix PC 520 on my computer, but when i try to invite any friend to view my cam, it does not send invite, where as i can see my own pic on PC

when i want to chat on my webcam UMAX pc 520.It is refused by messenger.
