the red light will not go on. i have to hit the kattle for the light to switch on, but it will not go steady. also there is a phone number (01895 878093) for bosch support, but what is the country? what should i dail from the US to get there?

The red light will not stay on. Or after you touch the element on the bottom part of the kettle the light will come on and off again.
