uninstall the program with revo uninstaller on setting 4.
Make sure your windows is up to date
Make sure your camera is plugged in and then reinstall.

Please Follow Below Steps

1)Click on the alert it was giving (Error 8007045a: cannot create video capture filter)
U will get at Blank Screen
2) Go to the Devices TAB and enable IBall Face2face C12.0 Webcam and USB Microphone

Issue will be resolved
Cause of the issue :U may have selected Google Camera Adapto 0 in the devices Tab
