Welcome frozen on display - disc drawer will not open
I did not check my manual before having my Toshiba A3 get the update from the internet and download it. I had a disc in the unit when I began this process. I saw it loading 1/39, 2/39, etc. until it was done. After powering down and restarting the unit just sits there with "Welcome" on the display. It will not boot up and I cannot get the disc out of the unit. I have tried the 10 second power down then click open disc button but it just sits there.
Any ideas on what I can do?
