Question about Dryers
Product operates normal for approx 5 minutes then cuts out, allow to cool and it restarts with same result as previously describe.I have cleared all intake vents of debris to avoid overheating. probably a thermal cut-out ,but where?
The same problem happened to me.it was the relay switch.
Remove the top of the machine by unscrewing the two screws from the top back , pull the top towards the back to remove,at the top of the front of the machine in the middle you will notice a brown smoked see through plastic switch with wire conections at each side held to front panel by two screws, just loosen the left screw and remove the screw on the right, remove the switch by pushing to the right, you may need to bend up the panel a little to get it out, transfer the conections to the new switch remembering where each one goes, slide the switch into the loosened screw and replace other one.
Thats it ,your machine is ready to go. a relay switch will cost around £30
