Usually the email provider will ask you some questions about the account and they should be aware of the IP address used to access it over the past few years. They should know it is your account, contact their support and tell them your situration.

Fist of all contact your Network provider to know you are active in the service[GPRS]. Check connection settings to know you correctly configured settings[Select your default provider settings].
If you dont know correct settings ,it is better to contact costomer care and tell them to resend your Settings.Then save it . After saving settings it may ask for default selection-Select as default. Let me know if you need further assistance.Thanks for connecting FixYa..
