Question about HP Compaq nc6320 Notebook

Compaq - will not turn on - plugged in?

I have the hp compaq nc6320.
plugged in and will not turn on...the 'lightning bolt' in the front (small orange light) that is doing anything...help?

    bought new charger and pc will still not turn on. no lights flash nothing just stopped turning on

Disconnect the AC adaptor, Take the battery out and press and hold the power button about 5 seconds. After that connect the AC adaptor and insert the battery turn it on. If issue persist please inform for further troubleshooting.

Hi,

U remove ur plug connection and remove battery also.After removing plug battery,Once again u plug it (Connect the Adapter) and switched on ur laptop.If ur laptop turn on then ur battery problem.If any beeps comes then ur RAM or Motherboard problem.Check it and message me.

hi, check the battery press the button to indicate the level of the battery, if nothing shows it means it needs replacement

Starting problem


Starting problem Answer hi i have a HP compaq nc6000 laptop, and when i try to start it up all i get is noise of fan... (More) hi i have a HP compaq nc6000 laptop, and when i try to start it up all i get is noise of fan starting up with one glowing orange light next to a lightning bolt like symbol. IWhen I turn ON my laptop first time HP Compaq nc6000, sometimes the orange LED will just light up and nothing happens, sometimes when I get lucky I will be able to goto Windows. when start work properly.

Laptop mouse pad doesnt work if being used on flat surface


Power drain would be a better solution in this case.
1.first shut down the comp
2.unplug the charger
3. remove the battery
and after press and hold the power button for 60 seconds without any charger and the battery.After the 60 seconds replug the battery and the charger and turn the computer .

Blinking power button, no responce from the laptop


sound like you charger is broken, i think tose use the same charger as the compaq presarios, evo's if you can get a used 65 wat that problem would have been fixed, but those are still pretty new, i think you can get a new charger for free if it's still under warranty

i have a Compaq nc6320 when i plug in the power cord the electricity led doesn't want to turn on i have changed the cords and the adapters and i doesn't power on or even charge the battery, did any one have an idea what to do in this problem?

in case you can get a non boot disk , u can install it by using a start up floppy disk for win9x
