Do you know if there is a replacement power supply from 350 Watt for the Power supply Dell NPS-200PB-73M. The problem is I can't find a power supply that has a 6 pin proprietary Dell auxiliary power connector

if sb +5 is ok then check one by one these component :- check main swithing transistor for open check diode, capesetor and 3.3 ome resitor it may be open after then check + 12 to +18 volt for pwm ic and ,
The blinking amber on a Dell usually means 1 of 2 things. Either it is a video card which has either come unseated, or went bad [most likely in your described case] or bad or unseated RAM.
