The best way here would be to copy the file to a Linux based system
The file would not require any password there
As the LINUX is Open Source
It does not accept passwords from Microsoft's Excel
thus ur problem is solved

another method is that go to http://www.decryptum.com/
upload there ur file and they will recover it for u
or else u can search for excel password recovery tool in google and download it and recover ur password using that software.
