Your problem might be in the actual vent to the outside. If the vent to the outside from the drier has a clog and will need to be cleaned. Without the proper ventallation the clothes will not dry. I suggest pulling the drier out and removeing the vent hose that connects to the outside and clean it. Once this is done you shouldn't have any problems
Hope this helped

This would also be the case (hot but not drying) if your lint filter/screen inside the dryer were clogged. Or if the basket were not tumbling, although that would be quite rare -- and you'd definitely have noticed if that were the case.
Finally, check to ensure the door gasket forms a tight seal with the dryer body, so heat is not lost to the the room, which would result in slower dry times (but probably not to the extent of clothes remaining dry). Oh, and if your dryer has a "dryness" sensor, you may have to get it replaced so it correctly detects when your laundry is actually dry.

Hi,
If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have not taken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then you need to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should take place. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causes for your dryer to fail.
