My class 66 singer bobbin has no notches to put the thread in... i have NO idea how to thread it. i have no problem winding, its just the sewing part. please help!!!

It sounds as the the actual bobbin CASE is missing from the machine. This is the part under the chrome slide cover that has a "dish " into which you drop your bobbin. The edge of the "dish" has a slot for the thread to go in and a slot where the thread lies after it has gone under the spring on the outside of the "dish". If it is missing I'm afraid you will need to source one before you can hope to sew.

Singer 144w305. Try to use reverse and the thread binds up under neath and breaks instantly. Take the belt off the machine spins free and easy by hand. Out belt back on and it is hard to turn by hand.

check the bobbin / needle thread tension.
IN most machines the reverse is just for the feed as the needle and bobbin still spin in the same direction

Sew for three seconds and it stops and beeps four times. I have changed my needle and made sure it's in correctly, i cleaned out the area under plate (only one month old), checked thread and thickness of...

Some sewing machines are extremely finicky about the direction the thread feeds from the bobbin. I had one machine that didn't care which way the bobbin fed and another that would stop after 2-3 stitches and protest. You could try flipping the bobbin and see if that helps.

My stiches are loopy I think I need to change the settings but don't know how to set them

I think that you will find that it is your top threading or your needle. Put a new needle in with the flat side facing the rear of the machine, now totally rethread, according to your manual, with the presser foot up. When you have done that, leave the presser foot up, now pull the thread, it should feed smoothly, then put the presser foot down, pull the thread , now it should barely move. This usually seats the thread in the tension discs. If you do not have a manual, go to www.singerco.com and download a free one under customer support. They also have great tips under customer support, frequently asked questions. Good luck
