My computer does not reconize ipod

You have to dowload the itunes program from apple, but before install first remove the old itunes if you have one and the quicktime program that you have installed in your computer, restart your computer and make a fresh installation of Itunes program, this will install the quicktime whith all the extensions, and after that you can plug in your ipod, the computer will reconaice just fine.
That was what happen to mi and it work

If u have ipod cd then install that cd and restart it.If u get same problem then u change the USB cable.Please mention ur Operating System.

plz change usb cable it is wrong.
