Cheak the coils. Do a continuity test also look for signs of an electrical short(small scorched area) and clean the contact where the coil attaches to the appliance.
1 . If yourELECTROLUXfan oven is getting
warm but takes a very long time to cook or is burning thefood more on
one side than the other, then you need to check if your ovenfan motorisworking you will see the blade turning fast if it is ok.
if the element isheating but thefan motoris notblowing the heat into the oven then you need To
replace the ovenfan motoris alittle more expensive and a bit more involved. 2 . If you have the opposite problem i.e. your ovenis
over heating and burning everything then you will need to replace yourELECTROLUXoventhermostat 3. A quite common and easily overlooked answer isif yourELECTROLUX
oven is not working at all i.e. noheat and no fan then the chances are
that someone has put the oventimerinto AUTOmode, simply put oven back to MANUAL mode and all
should be working again.
If the fan is working o/k, then I would suggest that bthe oven fan elementt has failed.
This is usually located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
