Tips for a great answer:

Sep 01, 2008 | Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
Feb 21, 2008 | Philips SA5125/37 MP3 Player
Nov 17, 2007 | SanDisk Sansa e270 MP3 Player
Nov 10, 2007 | RCA TH1010 MP3 Player
Hold down the power button for 20 or more seconds; when you release the power button, the Sansa Connect will restart on its own. If it doesn't restart, you did not hold down the power button long enough -- try again.
Make sure there's a battery in the player. This doesn't work when it is plugged into the USB port.
